Airport Management
David Haring, C.M.
David Haring was named the Manager of the Cheyenne Regional Airport on September 17th, 2007 after having served as the Acting Airport Manager since May 18th, 2007.
A native of Pennsylvania, David started his career at the Cheyenne Regional Airport in May of 2001 as an Intern prior to accepting the position of Assistant Airport Manager in November of that same year. David is a 2001 graduate of the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
Mr. Haring is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Cheyenne, the 2003 recipient of the Northwest Chapter of AAAE’s Aviation Excellence Award and a past President of the Wyoming Airport Operator’s Association. In addition to his current or past involvement as a Board member for Cheyenne Leads, Fly Cheyenne, Inc. and the Wyoming Association of Risk Management (Property Insurance Joint Powers Board), Mr. Haring has served or is serving on the on the planning committees for both the Wyoming Brewers Festival and the Bootification Ball and is a performer with the Laramie County Community College Wind Symphony.
